Copper Ridge Roofing & Exteriors is new. The person running it is not. That distinction matters more than any badge we could put on this page, so we will spend the rest of it being specific about how we work.
Why start another roofing company?
Because most of what frustrates homeowners about this trade is fixable, and almost none of it is about roofing. It is about a change order that shows up after tear-off has started. It is about a crew you have never met. It is about a monthly payment advertised without an interest rate attached. Those are choices a company makes, not facts about the work.
We started Copper Ridge to make the opposite set of choices, and to be small enough that the person who sold you the job is the person standing in your driveway on install day.
What we promise
We will tell you when you don't need a roof
A repair that buys you three more years is a repair. We would rather have your trust and your neighbor's phone number than one oversold replacement.
The price you approve is the price you pay
We inspect for rotten decking before you sign and price it up front, so there is no phone call from the roof asking for more money once tear-off has started.
Firm dates, in writing
You get a start date and a completion date. Weather moves things sometimes, and when it does you will hear it from us before you have to ask.
We will never touch your deductible
Absorbing a deductible is insurance fraud and it is your name on the claim. Any company offering it is telling you how they handle everything else.
